The Logic,Mechanism,and Strategy of Digitalization Empowering the Integration and High Quality Development of Urban and Rural Public Fitness Services

数字化赋能城乡全民健身公共服务一体化高质量发展是扎实推进共同富裕的关键举措。通过运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法开展研究,结果表明:实践逻辑、价值逻辑、驱动逻辑是其内在逻辑,数字化技术赋能运行机制包含协作机制、联动机制、联结机制、触发机制。为推动城乡全民健身公共服务一体化高质量发展,特提出优化策略建议:①依托全域数字化,打通数据链接;②借助数字化赋能,构建一体化协作架构;③借助数字化驱动,构建智能耦合与共生机制;④推动数字化嵌入,打造数字生态共同体。

Digital empowerment of high-quality development of integrated urban and rural public services for national fitness is a key measure to solidly promote common prosperity.By using the methods of literature review and expert interviews,the paper considers that practical logic,value logic and driving logic are its internal logic.The empowerment operation mechanism based on digital technology includes cooperation mechanism,linkage mechanism,linkage mechanism and trigger mechanism.In order to promote the high-quality development of integrated urban and rural public services for national fitness,the optimization strategy has been proposed:relying on the all-domain digitalization to open up the data link;building an integrated collaborative architecture with digital empowerment;constructing intelligent coupling and symbiosis mechanism with the help of digital driving;promoting digital embedment and building a digital ecological community.
