Analysis on the Causes of Quality Defects in Residential Buildings Based on Improved HFACS

系统地审查和分析住宅工程质量缺陷致因,可以提高住宅工程质量。通过文献研究、专家访谈及理论分析等方法,识别出住宅工程质量缺陷影响因素并以HFACS模型的结构为基础对影响因素进行归纳,运用ISM模型分析各影响因素间的作用关系,将这些因素划分为直接影响因素、间接影响因素和根本影响因素3个层级,并利用MICMAC方法对研究成果进行验证。研究表明,基于MICMAC得出的结论与运用ISM分析的结果有高度的一致性,从而进一步证明了研究结果的科学性。并从政府、企业和业主3个层面提出提高住宅工程质量的建议。

The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of residential buildings through systematically reviewing and analyzing the causes of quality defects in residential buildings.The literature research,expert interviews and theoretical analysis are conducted.Then,the influencing factors of residential building quality defects are identified and summarized based on the structure of human factors analysis and classification system(HFACS)model.The interpretative structural modeling(ISM)model is used to analyze the functional relationship between the influencing factors.These factors are divided into three levels:direct influencing factors,indirect influencing factors and fundamental influencing factors.The matrices impacts crocses multiplication appliance classement(MICMAC)method is used to verify the research results.The research shows that the conclusions based on MICMAC are highly consistent with the results of ISM analysis,which further proves the scientific nature of the research results.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of residential projects for the government,enterprises and owners.
