基于NSGA-Ⅲ算法考虑碳排放的预制构件生产调度及运输优化 被引量:4

摘要 预制构件的生产和运输是整个装配式建筑项目的核心,在减少碳排放的情况下有效集成生产调度和工件装车组合方案是预制构件企业迫切需要解决的问题。以最小化总提前拖期惩罚费用、绿色成本、运输成本之和为目标,建立预制构件生产排序、装车组合和绿色成本计算的组合集成数学优化模型,采用非支配遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅲ)求解得出最佳生产调度和装车组合方案,并通过案例分析验证模型的可行性。结果表明,与原方案成本相比,采用NSGA-Ⅲ算法得出的生产方案对预制构件企业综合成本的节省率可达13.57%,且设计不同类型运输方案并对比可为企业运输构件提供选择。 The production and transportation of prefabricated components is the core of the whole prefabricated building project.How to effectively integrate the production scheduling and workpiece loading combination solution while reducing carbon emissions is an urgent problem for prefabricated components enterprises.In order to minimize the total tardiness penalty fee in advance,green cost,and transportation cost,a mathematical optimization model is built.The model contains prefabricated production sorting,loading combination and green cost calculation.The NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm is used to draw the best production scheduling and loading combination plan.The feasibility of the model is verified through a case study.The results show that the production scheme obtained by NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm can save 13.57%of the comprehensive cost of prefabricated component enterprises,and the design of different types of transportation schemes and comparison can provide options for enterprise transportation components.
