宽调速永磁同步电机全域高效运行控制策略综述 被引量:2

摘要 永磁同步电机具有效率高、功率密度高、控制灵活等特点,在轨道交通、航空航天、装备制造、新能源等领域被广泛应用。然而,由于采用永磁体励磁,其励磁磁场调节困难,导致永磁同步电机在低速域与高速域的高效运行条件存在明显差异,难以实现宽速域高效运行。因此,研究永磁同步电机在宽速域下的控制方法,对实现其全域高效运行具有重要意义。为此,针对永磁同步电机不同运行速域,该文系统地总结了其高效运行条件,并给出相应的高效控制目标着重分类梳理不同速域下的高效控制策略,并归纳总结不同控制方法的优劣以及适用范围。最后,从运行速域与控制机理的角度,对近年来永磁同步电机宽速域高效控制策略进行总结与展望。 The permanent magnets synchronous motor(PMSM)has advantages of high efficiency,high power density,and control flexibility,etc.Thus,the research on high-efficient control of the PMSM can further improve the operation efficiency of the motor system,which benefits the application in rail traffic,aerospace,equipment,and renewable power system.However,it is difficult to adjust the permanent magnet magnetic field,which leads to obvious difference between low-speed and high-speed regions,and it is also difficult to achieve efficient operation in a wide-speed region.Therefore,from the perspective of different speed regions,this paper analyzes the system constraints and gives the corresponding high-efficient control goals.In different speed regions,the classification of high-efficient control strategies is presented,and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are summarized.Finally,from the point of operation region and control method,this paper summarizes and prospects the high-efficient control strategy of PMSM in full speed region.
