健康素养理论视角下的中医养生思想论析

Discussion and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation thought from the perspective of health literacy theory

为提升群众健康素养、促进中医养生思想的传承,文章采用文献法、归纳和演绎法等对健康素养理论视角下的中医养生思想进行研究。笔者认为,中医养生思想内涵分别体现在人们的健康观念、健康促进能力和健康行为层面,可概括为根植中华传统文化,孕育整体健康观念;荟萃中医诊疗经验,总结健康促进技能;诠释健康生活方式,规范卫生行为习惯。其现代价值主要表现为立足健康中国战略,力推健康生活理念;传播中医养生常识,提升群众健康素养;塑造积极社会心理,弘扬优秀文化精神。健康素养与中医养生可在目标、路径和方法上实现会通。

In order to improve the health literacy of the masses and promote the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health preservation thought,the literature method,induction and deduction method were used to study the TCM health preservation thought from the perspective of health literacy theory.The conclusion is that the connotation of TCM health keeping thought is reflected in people's health concept,health promotion ability and health behavior,which can be summarized as:rooted in Chinese traditional culture,breeding the overall health concept;Summarize the experience of TCM diagnosis and treatment,and summarize the health promotion skills;Interpret healthy lifestyle and standardize hygienic behavior and habits.Its modern values are as follows:based on the strategy of healthy China,promoting the concept of healthy life;Spread common knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine to improve people's health literacy;Foster positive social psychology and promote excellent cultural spirit.Health literacy and TCM health preservation can be realized in the goal,path and method.
