论中医药治疗支气管扩张症

Discussion on treatment of bronchiectasis with traditional Chinese medicine

支气管扩张症在我国属于常见呼吸系统疾病,近年来患病率逐渐增加,但其关注度远低于慢性阻塞性肺疾病和哮喘。目前大部分支气管扩张症临床问题缺少研究数据,规范化工作相对匮乏。文章从支气管扩张症治疗现状、中医药治疗支气管扩张症优势和中医药治疗前景进行梳理。目前支气管扩张症的主要治疗手段仍存在研究空白,中医药防治支气管扩张症的优势体现在抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、减少黏液分泌、治疗合并症和丰富的临床实践经验,之后中医药治疗支气管扩张症可在复方推广、合并症治疗和疗效评价投入更多的力量。

Bronchiectasis is a common respiratory disease in China,and its prevalence has gradually increased in recent years,but its attention is much lower than that of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and asthma.At present,most clinical problems of bronchiectasis lack research data,and standardization work is relatively scarce.The article sorts out the status quo of bronchiectasis treatment,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of bronchiectasis,and the prospects of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of bronchiectasis.At present,there are still research gaps in the main methods of bronchiectasis.The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of bronchiectasis are refected in antibacterial and antiviral,anti-infiammatory,reduction of mucus secretion,treatment of comorbidities,and rich clinical practice experience.More efforts can be invested in compound promotion,treatment of comorbidities and evaluation of curative effects in thefuture.
