中医筋骨三针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎经验理论探析

吴汉卿教授发明创新的中医筋骨三针疗法在治疗膝骨性关节炎方面疗效确切,现对其经验进行简要理论探析。吴教授治疗本病按照“以筋为纲,以经为领,以关为守,以结为要,以松为法,以调为治,以气为通,以神为主”的治疗纲领,从经筋论治,运用“三关定位法”辨证循筋选穴,通过筋骨针松解筋结、疏利经筋,以恢复膝关节筋骨平衡,同时在治疗中灵活应用多种针法,以激发经气,增强针感并强调调神导气,达到医患共鸣的状态,从而改善患者症状提高临床疗效。
