川派杨氏刺血疗法经验撷萃

Experience collection of Sichuan school YANGs'blood-letting therapy

刺血疗法是针灸治疗体系中极具特色的一种疗法,该疗法适应范围广泛,多用于治疗实证、瘀血、热证、疼痛等诸多临床疑难杂症,具有疗效显著、操作简便、易于推广等特点。杨介宾教授作为当代川派针灸代表性医家,通过近60年的临床、教学、科研工作的磨练积累,学术造诣精深,临床经验丰富,尤为善用刺血之术。杨教授认为,临证之时,应谨遵《黄帝内经》之旨,根据患者年龄、病情轻重、精神状态等因素来施术取穴,刺血量以中病为度,如此往往能收获良效。笔者总结归纳其特色刺血疗法,并结合临床经典验案进行介绍,望引起各位同道的关注和重视,继续发扬国医精粹。

Blood-letting therapy is a very characteristic therapy in the acupuncture treatment system.It has a wide range of adaptation,and is mostly used in the treatment of many clinical intractable diseases,such as excess type,blood stasis,heat syndrome,pain,and so on.It has the characteristics of remarkable curative effect,simple operation and easy popularization.As a representative figure of contemporary Sichuan school of acupuncture and moxibustion,professor YANG Jie-bin has accumulated profound academic attainments and rich clinical experience through nearly 60 years of clinical practice,teaching and scientific research.Professor YANG is particularly good at blood-letting therapy,and he believed that the treatment should be in accordance with the purport of Huangdi Neijing,according to the patient's age,severity of the disease,mental state and other factors to the operation point selection,pricking blood in the degree of disease,so often can harvest good effect.His characteristic blood-letting therapy was summarized and was introduced in combination with clinical cases,hoping to arouse the attention and carry forward the essence of traditional Chinese medicine.
