郑氏针法流派治疗眼病,基于对相应脏腑、经络与眼存在密切联系的深刻认识,使针刺手法与腧穴的功效、配伍高度适配,重点在风池穴操作温通针法,并在眼周局部腧穴操作“二龙戏珠法”及“喜鹊登梅法”,强调针刺操作时对“气”的把握,促使“气至病所”,发挥“气”的作用,可直接治疗眼病,明显减轻症状;远端取穴意在平衡脏腑的气机,通过对相应腧穴的补虚泻实来调节眼的濡养之源,可间接治疗眼病,远近相合,兼顾疾病的标本、虚实,具有显著的疗效。文章阐述郑氏针法治疗眼病的学术思想,以期为临床眼病治疗提供指导。

ZHENGs'acupuncture treatment of ophthalmopathy is based on the deep understanding of the close relationship between eyes and corresponding zang-fu viscera,channels and collaterals,combined with acupuncture manipulation and the efficacy and compatibility of acupoints,combining the efficacy and compatibility of the acupoints with acupuncture methods,focusing on the operation of Wen-Tong acupuncture method at Fengchi(GB 20)acupoint,‘Er-Long-Xi-Zhu'and'Xi-Que-Deng-Mei'acupuncture methods at the local acupoints around the eyes.It emphasizes the manipulation of'qi'in acupuncture,to promote'qi to the place of disease',which can be used to treat eye diseases directly.The point selection at the distal end is intended to balance the qi of the zang-fu viscera and regulate the source of nourishing the eye by reinforcing insufficiency and reducing excessiveness,indirectly treating eye diseases.It can treat both manifestation and root cause,deficiency and excess of disease,with a significant therapeutic effect.This article expounds ZHENGs'acupuncture academic thought on the treatment of ophthalmopathy in order to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of ophthalmopathy.
