便秘是常见的消化系统疾病,然而目前临床中提及湿热型便秘的治法和讨论较少,因为若使用利水渗湿药清理下焦湿热会涉及到“利小便,实大便”,与治疗便秘发生冲突,黄连、黄柏等清热燥湿药也有加重便秘的可能。故文章提出从“通调三焦,化浊导滞”的角度治疗湿热型便秘,并分享3则验案进行印证。

Constipation is a common disease of digestive system.However,there is not many discussions on the treatment of damp-heat constipation in clinical practice,because the use of moisture-permeating drugs to clear the damp-heat will aggravate constipation,which conflicts with the treatment of constipation.Coptidis Rhizoma,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortes and other drugs to clear heat and dryness may also aggravate constipation.Therefore,the paper puts forward the treatment of dampheat constipation from the perspective of'adjusting Sanjiao and removing turbidity and hysteresis',and three cases are shared for verification.
