XIONG Da-jing's sinusitis simultaneous treatment of gallbladder and lung theory was introduced in the article.Based on the gallbladder dominates the sinuses,the lungs dominate the nose',it is thought that gallbladder fire attacks the lung and qi stagnates and becomes fire,which are the beginning of the disease.Heat causes abscess and poison occludes both orifices are the key to disease.Treatment should be based on Jilei Kaiqiao Decoction.It should be treated from‘heat'‘depression'and‘deficiency'.The article cites a verified case for discussion.
