摘要
代谢综合征(MS)是一种复杂的代谢紊乱症候群,中医辨证论治MS具有独特优势,精确的证候诊断是防治MS的重要前提。文章通过综述近十年来MS的辨证研究,发现其痰湿证占有主导地位,故重点探讨近年来MS痰湿证在症状体征、实验室指标、代谢组学、基因组学等方面的研究概况,以期为今后MS痰湿证的信息化诊断提供依据,从而更好地指导临床,提高其早期诊断和辨证分型的准确率。
Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a complex metabolic disorder syndrome.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages to treat Ms by syndrome differentiation and treatment.Accurate syndrome differentiation is the important prerequisite of MS's prevention and treatment.By reviewing the syndrome differentiation research of Ms in recent ten years,we found that phlegm-dampness syndrome plays a leading role in MS.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research overview of phlegm-dampness syndrome of MS in symptoms and physical signs,laboratory indicators,metabolomics and genomics in recent years,hoping to provide basis for the information diagnosis of phlegmdampness syndrome of MS in the future,then guide the clinic and improve the accuracy of early diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of Ms.
