特殊情形下的大学生负向情绪状况分析——以封控防疫下的陕西省大学生为例

Analysis of Negative Emotional Status of College Students in Special Situations—A Case Study on College Students under Lockdown and Epidemic Prevention in Shaanxi Province

在新冠疫情的冲击下,陕西省大学生的心理健康受到了重大影响。为了更好了解新冠疫情期间陕西省不同专业大学生负向情绪的产生情况,并为大学生心理健康教育提供依据,利用压力-焦虑-抑郁量表通过网络匿名调查的方法对在陕就读的1 314名大学生进行负向情绪问卷调查,应用描述分析、t检验、秩和检验等方法进行数据统计分析。结果发现,文科类大学生在新冠疫情“封城”防控措施环境下负向情绪发生率最高,应给予更多关注与干预;疫情形势严峻程度和防控措施严格程度对陕西省大学生负向情绪的产生影响更突出。

Under the impact of the COVID-19,the mental health of college students in Shaanxi Province has been greatly affected.In order to better understand the generation of negative emotions among college students of different majors in Shaanxi Province during the COVID-19,and provide a basis for college students’mental health education,we used the Stress Anxiety Depression Scale to conduct a questionnaire survey of negative emotions among 1,314 college students studying in Shaanxi through anonymous online surveys,and applied descriptive analysis,t-test,rank sum test and other methods to conduct data statistical analysis.The results showed that the incidence of negative emotions among liberal arts students was the highest in the environment of COVID-19 prevention and control measures,and more attention and intervention should be given;the severity of the epidemic situation and the severity of prevention and control measures have a more prominent impact on the negative emotions of college students in Shaanxi Province.
