基于人文关怀理念的医护协作照护模式对糖尿病患者的应用效果

Application effect of medical care collaborative care model on patients with diabetes based on humanistic care concept

目的:探索基于人文关怀理念的医护协作照护模式对糖尿病(DM)患者的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年6月来本院就诊的150例DM患者为探究对象,按照随机模式平均分成研究组与对照组,每组各含有75位患者,对照组对象实施日常普通护理,研究组对象在对照组接受的护理基础上提供基于人文关怀理念的医护协作照护模式的护理,比较两组对象在研究开始前后空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后两小时的血糖(PBG)变化以及焦虑和抑郁情况,比较并发症发生率的区别,调查两组对象对各自接受的护理模式实施效果的满意度及区别。结果:研究实施前,两组对象的血糖值无明显区别,经过三个月的护理后,研究组FBG含量以及进餐之后2h的血糖含量明显低于对照组,且接受不同模式的护理后两组对象的血糖含量较研究开始前均有一定程度的降低。此外,研究组病人出现心血管病并发症的人数显著低于对照组,抑郁焦虑不良情绪的缓解程度明显超过对照组,且对接受的护理模式实施效果的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:基于人文关怀理念的医护协作照护模式更有利于对糖尿病患者血糖的控制,减少并发症的产生,且能更好地满足病人的要求。

Objective:To observe the utilization effect of medical care collaborative care model based on humanistic care concept for patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:150 diabetic patients in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as experimental subjects.According to the stochastic pattern,they were equally separate into study group and control group.Each group contained 75 patients.The subjects in control group received daily general caring,and the subjects in the study group provided medical collaborative care model nursing based on the concept of humanistic care in addition to the above care.The distinction of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and postprandial blood glucose(PBG)in the two groups before and after the research and the discrepancyn of complication rate,the degree of anxiety and depression were compared,the satisfaction of the two groups with nursing was investigated and compared.Results:Before the implementation of the experiment,there was no obvious distinction in blood glucose between the two sides.Three months after the nursing began,the FBG content of the study group and the blood glucose content 2 hours after eating were evidently lower than that of the other group.After receiving different modes of nursing,the blood glucose content of the two sides decreased to a certain extent than that before the experiment.In addition,the number of patients with cardiovascular complications in the study group was apparently lower than that in other side.The relief degree of bad emotion such as depression and anxiety outstriped the other group,and their satisfaction with the implementation effect of the accepted nursing model was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical care collaborative care model based on the concept of humanistic care is more conducive to the control of blood sugar in patients with diabetes,decrease the complications,and better meet the needs of patients,and can be widely used.
