新生儿黄疸患者行茵栀黄口服液+布拉氏酵母菌散治疗的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid + Saccharomyces Boulardii powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的:分析新生儿黄疸患者行茵栀黄口服液+布拉氏酵母菌散治疗的临床效果。方法:抽取本院收治的新生儿黄疸患者120例为此次研究对象,患儿病例抽取时间自2021年3月至2021年9月。根据救治方式不同分组,以口服茵栀黄口服液的60例患儿为对照组,以行茵栀黄口服液+布拉氏酵母菌散治疗的60例患儿为观察组。组间比较疗效、用药安全性、康复状况及对患儿血清指标、免疫功能的影响。结果:较对照组,观察组的治疗总有效率、每日胆红素下降值及治疗后免疫功能指标、转铁蛋白值更高,不良反应发生率、光疗时间、黄疸消退时间、住院时间及治疗后总胆汁酸、总胆红素、直接胆红素值更低,P<0.05。结论:茵栀黄口服液+布拉氏酵母菌散治疗新生儿黄疸患者,可提升疗效、促进康复、降低不良反应发生率,并改善患儿血清、免疫功能指标水平。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid+Saccharomycete Boulardii powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients with neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the cases were selected from March 2021 to September 2021.According to different treatment methods,60 children who took Yinzhihuang oral liquid as the control group,and 60 children who took Yinzhihuang oral liquid+Saccharomycete Boulardii powder as the observation group.The efficacy,medication safety,rehabilitation status and the effect on serum indexes and immune function of children were compared between groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate,daily decrease value of bilirubin,immune function index and transferrin value after treatment in the observation group were higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions,phototherapy time,jaundice resolution time,length of hospital stay,total bile acid,total bilirubin and direct bilirubin values after treatment were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Yinzhihuang oral liquid+Saccharomycete Boulardii powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice patients can improve the efficacy,promote rehabilitation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the levels of serum and immune function indicators of children.
