中西医结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on mycotic vaginitis

目的:在霉菌性阴道炎治疗方案的课题研究中,本文主要探究中西医结合治疗法的临床效果。方法:随机选取本院2021年5月至2022年5月收录的78例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,以计算机表法作为分组依据,将患者均等分为常规西医治疗的对照组、中西医结合治疗的观察组,每组患者的人数均为39例。对比指标为临床治疗有效率、症状消失时间、疾病复发率、阴道炎症因子水平。结果:临床治疗有效率:观察组指标数值远在对照组之上,组间对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴道炎症因子水平:两组患者治疗前指标数值无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各维度的指标数值更低(P<0.05)。症状消失时间、疾病复发率:两组数值差异显著(P<0.05),观察组数值更低。结论:在对霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗方案进行制定时,于常规西医治疗法的基础上,配合应用中医治疗方案,可以快速缓解患者的霉菌性阴道炎症状,减少阴道炎症因子水平,在提高疾病治疗效果的同时,降低疾病复发风险,以此来取得理想疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods:The 78 patients with fungal vaginitis included from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.Using the computer table method as the group basis,the patients were equally divided into the control group of conventional western medicine and the experimental group with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The number of patients in each group was 39.Comparative indicators include clinical treatment efficiency,symptoms disappear time,disease recurrence rate,vaginal inflammatory cytokines levels.Results:Clinical treatment efficiency:the experimental group index value was far above the control group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Vaginal inflammatory factor level:no pre-treatment index values(P>0.05),and the index values of the dimensions were lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).Time to symptom disappearance and disease recurrence rate:the values of the two groups varied significantly(P<0.05),and the values of the experimental group were even lower.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with fungal vaginitis,on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,with the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,can quickly relieve patients with fungal vaginitis symptoms,reduce the level of vaginal inflammatory factors,in improve the disease treatment effect at the same time,reduce the risk of disease recurrence,in order to achieve the ideal curative effect.
