宫腔观察吸引手术系统在人流术中的应用观察

摘要 目的:探讨宫腔观察吸引手术系统在无痛人工负压吸引术中的临床应用效果及其安全性。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月就诊于惠州市中心人民医院计划生育门诊并自愿签字要求行人工负压吸引术终止妊娠的患者297例为研究对象,并按随机数字法分为A、B、C三组,每组各纳入99例患者。A组列为宫腔直观组,术中采用宫腔观察吸引手术系统行人工负压吸引术;B组列为彩超引导组,术中采用床边经腹彩色超声机监视下行人工负压吸引术;C组列为传统人流组,采用传统的人工负压吸引术。研究观察及比较三组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术中进出宫腔次数、术后阴道流血时间及术中术后并发症发生情况。结果:A组患者手术时间短于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者术中出血量少于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术中进出宫腔次数A组、B组均少于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组、B组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者术后阴道流血时间短于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者术中术后并发症发生率低于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用宫腔观察吸引系统行人工负压吸引术可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血,减轻患者痛苦,且安全性高,适合在临床应用。 Objective:To explore the clinical application effect and safety of uterine cavity observation suction operation system in painless artificial negative pressure suction operation.Methods:A total of 297 patients who visited the family planning clinic of Huizhou Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 and voluntarily signed a request to undergo artificial negative pressure suction to terminate pregnancy were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into A,Groups B and C included 99 patients in each group.Group A was included in the uterine cavity visualization group,and the uterine cavity observation and suction surgical system was used to perform artificial negative pressure suction during the operation;group B was listed as the color ultrasound-guided group,and the bedside transabdominal color ultrasound machine was used to monitor the artificial negative pressure suction during the operation.Group C was classified as the traditional crowd flow group,and the traditional artificial negative pressure suction was used.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative times of entering and leaving the uterine cavity,postoperative vaginal bleeding time,and intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed and compared among the three groups.Results:The operation time of group A was shorter than that of group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss of group A was less than that of group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of times of entering and leaving the uterine cavity during operation in group A and group B was less than that in group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05);The postoperative vaginal bleeding time in group A was shorter than that in groups B and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in group A was lower than that in group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of uterine cavity observation and suction system for artificial negative pressure suction can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the pain of patients,and has high safety,which is suitable for clinical application.
