液质联用技术应用于抗新冠肺炎中成药的研究进展

Application and Research Progress of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in Chinese Patent Medicine for the Treatment of COVID-19

对采用液质联用技术(LC-MS)研究新冠肺炎的中成药的化学成分进行归纳总结,指出发挥作用的药效物质基础。主要归纳总结了液质联用技术在治疗新冠肺炎的金花清感颗粒、连花清瘟胶囊、疏风解毒胶囊、藿香正气系列制剂、清肺排毒汤等口服中成药及血必净注射液、热毒宁注射液、痰热清注射液等注射用中成药的化学成分、入血成分及含量测定成分,并且对有效成分进行分析,以期为指导新冠肺炎临床治疗和新药研发提供帮助。

In this paper,the chemical constituents of Chinese patent medicines for the study of new coronary pneumonia by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)were summarized,and the pharmacodynamic material basis for their role was pointed out.The chemical constituents,blood components and content determination components of oral Chinese patent medicines such as Jinhua Qinggan Granules,Lianhua Qingwen Capsules,Shufeng Jiedu Capsules,Huoxiang Zhengqi Series Preparations,Qingfei Paidu Decoction and Chinese patent medicines for injection such as Xuebijing Injection,Reduning Injection,Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of new corona pneumonia by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)were mainly summarized,and the effective components were analyzed in order to provide help for the clinical treatment and new drug development of new corona pneumonia.
