摘要
壳聚糖是一类存在于甲壳类动物中的纤维素,具有多种药用功效,如降血糖血脂、止血和凝血、强化肝脏机能、免疫调节等,在临床医学中得到广泛应用。近几年来,随着研究学者的深入研究,壳聚糖的有关特性与功能作用不断地被挖掘出来。本文主要介绍了壳聚糖的特性、壳聚糖的生理作用、壳聚糖微球的制备、壳聚糖及其微球应用的研究进展,并对壳聚糖未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
Chitosan is a class of cellulose present in crustaceans,which has a variety of medicinal effects,such as hypoglycemic lipids,hemostasis and coagulation,strengthening liver function,immunomodulation,etc.,and has been widely used in clinical medicine.In recent years,with the in-depth study of researchers,the relevant characteristics and functional roles of chitosan have been continuously excavated.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of chitosan,the physiological role of chitosan,the preparation of chitosan microspheres,the research progress of chitosan and its microsphere application,and the future development trend of chitosan is prospected.
