摘要 中成药重金属和有害元素残留可导致健康风险,加强对中成药重金属和有害元素的监控尤为必要。电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)以其高灵敏度、低检出限、可同时进行多元素检测等显著优势,已广泛应用于中成药元素分析。本文综述了近年来ICP-MS技术在不同剂型中成药的重金属和有害微量元素检测中的应用,为中成药质量控制和临床用药安全提供科学依据。 The residues of heavy metals and harmful elements in Chinese patent medicines can lead to health risks.It is particularly necessary to strengthen the monitoring of heavy metals and harmful elements in Chinese patent medicines.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)has been widely used in elemental analysis of Chinese patent medicines due to its advantages of high sensitivity,low limit of detection and simultaneous detection of multiple elements.This article reviews the application of ICP-MS in the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in different dosage forms of Chinese patent medicines in recent years,so as to provide scientific basis for the quality control and clinical medication safety of Chinese patent medicines.
