摘要 旨在系统性总结活性炭吸附、脱附VOCs的原理、工艺路线及其优缺点,为提升活性炭吸附效率提供参考。同时,分析了活性炭吸附VOCs的安全风险,重点剖析了两起典型的由活性炭吸附VOCs引起的爆炸事故,分析了事故过程及原因,并总结了事故经验教训,为环保设施的安全管理提供了良好的借鉴。 This paper aims to systematically summarize the principle,process route,advantages and disadvantages of activated carbon adsorption and VOCs desorption,so as to provide a reference for improving the efficiency of activated carbon adsorption.At the same time,the safety risks and two typical explosion accidents caused by activated carbon adsorption VOCs are analyzed,the accident process,reasons,the accident experience and lessons are summarized,which provide a good reference for the safety management of environmental protection facilities.
