Discussion on Management of Laboratory Instrument and Equipment in Medical Colleges and Universities

实验室的仪器是高校完成教学、科研的重要辅助工具,其中检测仪器的稳定性、精确性已成为检验教学、科研结果的主要核心部分;仪器管理的好坏,对实验检验结果的准确性有着直接的影响,决定着教学、科研的成败与否。实验室检测水平的高低,不仅体现仪器设备的配制和人员的业务素质,还取决于设备的管理水平。因此,如何去维护仪器的管理,成为实验室工作中主要的环节。以医学检验实验示范中心为例,就仪器设备管理存在的一些问题,从采购制度、管理制度、管理队伍的建设、仪器维护等方面探讨。

Laboratory instruments are important auxiliary tools to complete teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.The stability and accuracy of testing instruments have become the main core part of testing teaching and scientific research results.The quality of instrument management has a direct impact on the accuracy of experimental test results and determines the success or failure of teaching and scientific research.The level of laboratory testing not only reflects the preparation of instruments and equipment and the professional quality of personnel,but also depends on the management level of equipment.Therefore,how to maintain the instrument management has become the main link in the laboratory work.Taking the medical laboratory demonstration center as an example,this paper discusses some problems in the management of instruments and equipment from the aspects of purchasing system,management system,the construction of management team,and the maintenance of instruments.
