大庆宏伟庆化石油化工有限公司现有45t/a气体分馏装置及14t/a甲基叔丁基醚合成装置,主要加工任务为上游裂解装置生产的气分原料及外购混合碳四,联合装置安全平稳生产8年,在日常生产管理过程中出现过影响丙烯产量等生产疑难问题,在日积月累的总结经验过程中得到有效解决,保证了装置安全平稳运行及产品质量指标高效完成,现将生产中影响丙烯产量问题进行总结,并相应制定落实整改优化措施。
