摘要
有机溶剂纳滤(OSN)是一种新型的膜分离技术,能够对有机溶剂与相对分子质量为200~1000的溶质进行高效分离。与常规的分离技术相比,OSN具有以下优势:少污染、低能耗、分离效率高等,正是因为这些优势,使其在石油化工领域得到了大力推广,包括溶剂回收、废水处理、纯化等。为了深入了解OSN在石油化工领域的应用情况,对其在不同环节中的应用情况进行了分析研究,给出了相应的应用流程,得到了相应的应用结果。通过此研究,推动了OSN在石油化工领域中的应用力度。
Organic solvent nanofiltration(OSN)is a new membrane separation technology,which can effectively separate organic solvents from solutes with a relative molecular weight of 200~1000.Compared with conventional separation technology,OSN has the following advantages:less pollution,low energy consumption,high separation efficiency,and it is precisely because of these advantages that it has been vigorously promoted in the petrochemical industry,including solvent recovery,wastewater treatment,purification,etc.In order to deeply understand the application of OSN in the petrochemical field,the application of OSN in different links was analyzed and studied,the corresponding application process was given,and the corresponding application results were obtained.This research has promoted the application of OSN in the petrochemical industry.
