为了全面提高炼油厂自动化仪表的可靠性,对仪表的常见故障问题进行总结,并提出合理的故障预防措施以及仪表维护措施,为保障炼油厂企业生产作业的顺利开展奠定基础。研究表明:炼油厂常见的自动化仪表包括压力仪表、流量仪表、液位仪表以及温度仪表,4种类型的仪表容易出现多种类型的故障问题,采取合理的预防措施和维护措施可以降低故障出现的概率。

In order to comprehensively improve the reliability of refinery automation instruments,this study summarizes the common failures of instruments,and proposes reasonable failure prevention measures and instrument maintenance measures to lay a foundation for ensuring the smooth development of refinery enterprise production operations.The research shows that the common automation instruments in refineries include pressure instruments,flow instruments,liquid level instruments and temperature instruments.The four types of instruments are prone to multiple types of failure problems.Reasonable preventive and maintenance measures can reduce the probability of failure problems.
