Application of Expanding Lance Fracturing Technology in Coalbed Methane Horizontal Wells

可扩径喷枪压裂技术是通过油管连接扩径喷枪至压裂点,通过油管内加砂完成压裂作业,该技术适用于水平井水平段套管不固井的井型,也可以处理水平段存在漏点无法进行环空压裂作业的井。以该工艺在某煤层气水平井实际应用为例,介绍可扩径喷枪压裂技术,为今后煤层气水平井提供新的压裂工艺参考。

Expanding Lance Fracturing technology is to connect the expanding spray gun to the fracturing point through the oil pipe,and complete the fracturing operation by adding sand in the oil pipe.This technology is applicable to the well type in which the horizontal section of the horizontal well casing is not cemented,and it can also be used to treat the wells in which the horizontal section has a leak point and the annulus fracturing operation cannot be carried out.This paper will take the actual application of this technology in a coalbed methane horizontal well as an example to describe the expandable nozzle fracturing technology,which will provide a new reference for fracturing technology of coalbed methane horizontal wells in the future.
