摘要
我国近海L油田1口试验井为例,开展了低成本不动管柱返排转注水工艺方案设计,针对性优化射流泵尺寸结构及投捞方式,可适用于笼统注、传统分层注水、边测边调分层注水、智能测调分层注水等全部海上油田人工地面注水井下管柱工艺。在试验井M4井的应用表明,工艺简单可靠,可不动管柱实现返排,经济高效,为国内外注水井返排需求提供借鉴。
Taking a test well in L oilfield,offshore China as an example,this paper carried out the design of low-cost stationary string flowback for waterflooding process,targeted optimization of jet pump size structure and fishing mode,which can be applied to all artificial surface waterflooding downhole string processes in offshore oil fields,such as general injection,traditional stratified waterflooding,stratified waterflooding while measuring,and intelligent stratified waterflooding.The application in the test well M4 shows that the process is simple and reliable,and the flowback can be realized without moving the pipe string,which is economical and efficient,and provides a reference for the demand of flowback of injection Wells at home and abroad.
