油气长输管道工艺设备的自动化控制研究

摘要 由于油气长输管道运送介质的易燃易爆特性,使得管道运输的风险较高,为保障油气长输管道运行的安全可靠性,需要实施建立油气管道工艺设备的自动化控制系统。本文基于管道运输的特性,阐述了油气长输管道工艺设备自动化控制的必要性,并对相应技术进行了介绍,包括原油管道泄漏检测技术、超声波输油管道泄漏检测技术、管道泄漏检测技术、负压波法管道泄漏检测技术等,重点对检测技术原理及功能进行分析,并基于PID控制原理以及各类传感器与TinyOS操作系统,建立了油气管道工艺设备自动化控制系统,可以实现石油管线的运输情况有效检测,防止管道事故发生。 Due to the flammable and explosive characteristics of the medium transported by long-distance oil and gas pipelines,the risk of pipeline transportation is high.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of long-distance oil and gas pipelines,it is necessary to establish an automatic control system for the process equipment of oil and gas pipelines.Based on the characteristics of pipeline transportation,this article expounds the necessity of automatic control of process equipment for long-distance oil and gas pipelines,and introduces corresponding technologies,including crude oil pipeline leakage detection technology,ultrasonic oil pipeline leakage detection technology,pipeline leakage detection technology,negative pressure wave method pipeline leakage detection technology,etc.,with emphasis on analyzing the principle and function of detection technology,Based on the PID control principle,various sensors,and the TinyOS operating system,an automatic control system for oil and gas pipeline process equipment has been established,which can effectively detect the transportation situation of oil pipelines and prevent pipeline accidents.
