摘要 化工生产过程的特点决定了真实的化工生产过程无法搬进学校的实训室,传统的实训教学在学生的安全素养和化工安全应急处理能力锻炼培养方面贡献较小。文章以广西工业技师学院化工安全虚拟仿真实训基地为例,从化工安全虚拟仿真实训基地建设思路、建设目标、建设内容、建设预期成效等几方面展开研究,以实带虚、以虚助实、虚实结合,解决实训教学过程中高投入、高损耗、高风险及难实施、难观摩、难再现的“三高三难”痛点和难点,同时可以锻炼培养学生的安全素养和化工安全应急处理能力。 The characteristics of the chemical production process determine that the real chemical production process cannot be moved into the training room of the school.The traditional practical training teaching contributes little to the training of students’safety literacy and chemical safety emergency treatment ability.The article takes the chemical safety virtual simulation training base of Guangxi Institute of Industrial Technicians as an example,from chemical safety virtual imitation real training base construction ideas,construction objectives,construction content several aspects,construction expected results research,with real virtual,with reality,solve the training teaching process of high investment,high loss,high risk and diff icult to implement,diff icult view,reproduce“three three diff icult”pain points and diff iculties,at the same time can exercise cultivate students’safety literacy and chemical safety emergency treatment ability.
