延迟焦化装置轻、重污油回炼技术的优化与应用

摘要 文章主要介绍了轻、重污油回炼技术经过优化之后在100万吨/年延迟焦化装置的应用情况。回炼轻污油时,通过将轻污油回炼至分馏塔中段返塔线上,增加了汽油和柴油的收率。回炼重污油时,通过将装置外送至装置内的重污油回炼至分馏塔蜡油上返塔线上,将装置自产蜡油送入接触冷却塔,然后重新回炼至焦炭塔和分馏塔,通过增加分馏塔的循环比,将蜡油组分送至焦化加热炉进行了重新回炼,在轻、重污油同时回炼的情况下,蜡油收率降至了0%,汽油、柴油、气体和焦炭的收率均有一定程度的提高。此工艺经过实施以后,虽然装置能耗略有增加,但是,从总体来看,提高了企业的经济效益,经测算,每年可增加约2500余万元的经济效益。 This paper mainly introduces the application of light and heavy waste oil ref ining technology in 1 million tons per year delayed coking unit after optimization.When the light waste oil is recycled,the yield of gasoline and diesel oil is increased by recycling the light waste oil to the middle part of the fractionation column.During the reprocessing of heavy waste oil,the heavy waste oil sent from other units was reprocessed to the upper part of wax oil’s returning to the fractionation column.At the same time,the wax oil produced by the unit itself was sent to the contact cooling tower,and then returned to the coke tower and the fractionation column for reprocessing.By increasing the recycle ratio of the unit,the wax oil component was sent to the delayed coking heater for reprocessing.In the case of simultaneous reprocessing of light and heavy waste oil,the yield of wax oil was reduced to 0%,and the yield of gasoline,diesel,gas and coke was improved to a certain extent.After the implementation of this process,although the energy consumption of the unit has increased slightly,on the whole,the economic benef its of the enterprise have been improved.It is estimated that the economic benef its of about 25 million yuan can be increased every year.
