兴义市加强固体废物管理创建“无废城市”的探讨

Discussion on Strengthening Solid Waste Management to Create a“Waste-Free City”in Xingyi City

近年来,随着社会经济不断发展和科学技术的不断进步,国民生产总值在大幅增长,人民群众的生活水平得到不断提高,使得城市产生的固体废物也在不断增加,由此带来的环境污染问题越来越严重,直接危及城市居民的生存与发展。为有效缓解城市固体废物管理问题,文章以兴义市“无废城市”创建为例,阐述“无废城市”的背景和含义,指出兴义市“无废城市”创建中存在的有关问题,提出针对兴义市“无废城市”创建的意见措施,提高兴义市固体废物的管理水平,推动兴义市实现高质量发展。

In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy and the progress of science and technology,our country gross national product in the growth,improve people’s living standards,make the urban solid waste is increasing,the resulting environmental pollution problem is more and more serious,directly harm the survival and development of urban residents.To effectively alleviate the urban solid waste management problem,this paper in Xingyi city“no waste city”construction,for example,the background and meaning of“no waste city”,points out that the problems of Xingyi city“no waste city”construction,put forward for the construction of Xingyi city“no waste city”construction,so as to improve the management level of Xingyi city solid waste,promote the development of Xingyi to achieve high quality.
