摘要
目前,国际能源供不应求,能源形势日趋紧张,在“碳达峰、碳中和”新形势背景下,中国已部署低碳技术和新能源项目研发投建,对高耗能、高污染、高排放生产企业采取限制、关停等措施,越来越多先进能源被鼓励开发利用。文章主要从首朗新能源科技公司将冶金煤气研发深加工为二次清洁能源的压缩净化制醇工艺入手,依靠企业技术创新、管理和工艺革新,奠定安全基石,大力研发冶金尾气的安全综合利用技术,积极采取行之有效的防范措施,从根本上消除煤气系统的不安全因素,并防患事故于未然,解决了煤气生产过程中的安全难题,推动生产企业煤气开发利用向大规模、高产能、高效益发展。
At present,international demand for energy exceeds supply,energy situation is increasingly tense,under the new situation of“carbon peak,carbon neutral”,our country has deployed low carbon technology and new energy project research and development and construction,high energy consumption,high pollution,high emissions production enterprises take restrictions,shut down and other measures,more and more advanced energy is encouraged development and use.This paper mainly starts with the process of developing and deep processing metallurgical gas into secondary clean energy by Shulang New Energy Technology Company.Relying on enterprise technological innovation,management and process innovation,this paper lays the safety foundation,vigorously develops the safe and comprehensive utilization technology of metallurgical exhaust gas,and actively takes effective preventive measures to fundamentally eliminate the unsafe factors in the gas system.And prevent accidents,solve the safety problems in the process of gas production,promote the production enterprises to develop to large-scale,high-yield,highbenefit development of gas development.
