摘要 文章通过结合生产工艺流程对一套4000 Nm^(3)/h空分制氮生产装置的风险分析,对该套空分装置装置可能产生的中毒窒息、火灾、爆炸、容器爆炸、触电、机械伤害、物体打击、噪声与振动、坍塌、车辆伤害等事故类型进行逐一的风险辨识,结合近几年来的生产经验和同类企业的先进安全管理经验,制定出管控各类事故风险的五条安全对策,以此来促进企业的安全发展和进步。 Based on the risk analysis of a 4000 Nm^(3)/h air separation nitrogen production unit in combination with the production process flow,the article analyzes the risk of poisoning and suffocation,fire,explosion,container explosion,electric shock,mechanical injury,object strike,noise and vibration,collapse,vehicle injury and other accident types that may occur in the air separation unit,and combines the production experience in recent years.With reference to the advanced safety management experience of similar enterprises,five safety countermeasures for controlling various accident risks are formulated to promote the safety development and progress of enterprises.
