Solution Strategy of Safety Problem of Electric Line Facilities in Coking Enterprises

焦化企业是中国工业发展中的重要企业类型,因隶属于化工类产业,在生产中会因电气线路设施安全问题导致火灾、爆炸等事故发生。为解决这一问题,文章就焦化企业电气线路设施常见安全问题展开分析,列举出常见的开关故障、短路、接地故障、线路故障和设施故障特点及表现形式,给出诊断电气线路设施的方法和基本流程,提出故障处理和日常巡检两方面解决措施。

Coking enterprise is an important type of enterprise in China’s industrial development.As it belongs to the chemical industry,accidents such as fire and explosion may occur in the production due to the safety problems of electrical line facilities.In order to solve this problem,the paper analyzes the common safety problems of electric line facilities in coking enterprises,lists the characteristics and manifestations of common switch fault,short circuit,ground fault,line fault and facility fault,gives the method and basic process of diagnosing electrical line facilities,and puts forward the solution measures from two aspects:fault treatment and daily inspection.
