摘要 随着中国社会经济和科技的不断发展与进步,化工工艺发展水平也有了显著的提高。其中,化工工艺设计是化学工业生产中的一个重要环节,化工工艺设计是工程师需要依据单一或数个化学反应,设计出一个能将原料转变为客户所需求产品的生产流程和工艺。由于很多化学材料具有腐蚀性和易燃易爆的特性,在设计中,要使原材料符合合格的化学反应要求,设计人员应对整个设计流程进行合理精准的评估。文章阐述了化工工艺在设计过程中存在的安全隐患以及针对其进行的管理和控制,以避免安全事故的发生,更好地促进化工工艺设计的发展。 With the continuous development and progress of China’s social economy and science and technology,the development level of chemical technology has also been signif icantly improved.Among them,chemical process design is an important link in the production of chemical industry.Chemical process design is to design a production process and process that can transform raw materials into products required by customers based on a single or several chemical reactions.Due to the corrosive and inflammable properties of many chemical materials,in the design process,to make the raw materials meet the requirements of qualif ied chemical reactions,designers should conduct reasonable and accurate evaluation of the entire design process.This paper describes the chemical process in the design process of the hidden safety and management and control for its management,in order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents,better promote the development of chemical process design.
