阐述电力企业节能减排的特点和措施,包括电力企业的战略规划和能源结构的优化、碳排放交易体系的建设和完善、推广特高压和智能电网、电力调度的节能潜力、推进节能服务的建设。
This paper describes the characteristics and measures of energy conservation and emission reduction in power enterprises,including strategic planning and optimization of energy structure,construction and improvement of carbon emission trading system,promotion of ultra-high voltage and smart grids,energy-saving potential of power dispatch,and promotion of energy-saving service construction.
