谐波失真度测量装置的设计与实现

摘要 阐述一种谐波失真度测量装置的设计,采用MSP432E401Y单片机进行处理,采集分析多功能信号发生器输入的周期信号幅值、频率和谐波,测量输入信号的THDx值,从而实现信号失真度测量。 This paper describes the design of a harmonic distortion measurement device,which uses the MSP432E401Y microcontroller for processing,collects and analyzes the amplitude,frequency,and harmonics of the periodic signal input by the multi-functional signal generator,and measures the THDx value of the input signal to achieve signal distortion measurement.
