The Implications and Tasks of Constructing a High-Level Teacher Education System

“强师计划”面向2035,提出了建设高水平教师教育体系的目标任务。建设高水平教师教育体系可以说是今后一段时间内我国教师教育改革发展的基本方向和主要任务。建设高水平教师教育体系不仅是我国教师教育振兴发展的需要和标志,也是我国教育高质量发展的重要支撑。要建成高水平教师教育体系,需要直面并解决四个方面的课题:为提高教师和教师教育地位提供制度化保障;打造符合我国教育高质量发展需要的混合教师教育模式;切实提升教师教育的专业化水平;推进循证教师教育实践。

The“Teacher Enhancement Plan”puts forward the goal and task of building up a high-level teacher education system towards 2035.The construction of a high-level teacher education system can be said to be the basic direction and main task for the reform and development of teacher education in China in the coming period.Building up a high-level teacher education system is not only a need and a symbol of the revitalization of teacher education,but also an important support for the high-quality development of education in China.To build up a high-level teacher education system,we need to face up and address four issues:Providing institutionalized guarantees for raising the status of teacher education;Creating a mixed teacher education model that meets the needs of China's high-quality educational development;Enhancing the professionalization of teacher education effectively;Promoting evidence-based teacher education practice.
