黄河万家寨水库的多维协同水沙调控

摘要 黄河以高含沙量著称于世,黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略的实施对流域的水沙调控能力提出了更高的要求。针对黄河骨干水库综合行洪输沙、社会经济和生态环境的水沙调控目标函数的构建,在前期成果的基础上改进了目标函数的权重确定方式,使目标函数能够兼顾水库调度目标间理论上的主次和实际需求的先后,同时细化了调度规则。以万家寨水库为例进行了优化调度研究,优化结果使万家寨水库的经济效益和生态效益均有提升,单位经济效益的生态影响显著下降,证明了构建的目标函数具有一定的可行性,可为水库的实际调度提供理论依据。 The Yellow River is famous for high sediment content.The implementation of ecological protection and high-quality development strategy in the Yellow River Basin has put forward higher requirements for the water and sediment control capabilities.The objective function of water and sediment regulation inclued flood and sediment transport,social economy and ecological environment for the key reservoirs of the Yellow River.Based on the previous results,the weight determination method of the objective function was improved,so that the proposed objective function can take into account both the theoretical priorities and the actual demands of the reservoir.The operation rules was also refined.Taking Wanjiazhai Reservoir as an example,the optimal operation research was carried out.It is found that the optimization results can significantly improve the economic and ecological benefits of Wanjiazhai Reservoir,which prove that the objective function constructed in this paper have certain feasibility and efficiency.
