新时代高校辅导员职业化发展的系统思考

A Systematic Reflection of Professional Development of College Counselors in the New Era

本文遵循“现状→特征→机制→策略”的研究路径,在认真总结高校辅导员队伍建设研究现状的基础上,通过分析辅导员个体职业生涯的发展特征,进一步厘清了辅导员队伍建设与个体职业发展的互动机制,进而从我国高等教育立德树人的根本任务出发,提出了新时代辅导员职业化建设的支持策略,为我国高校辅导员队伍发展提供理论参考。

This paper follows the research path of"status quo-feature-mechanism-strategy",makes its base on the careful summary of the research results of the construction of college counselors'ranks,and carefully analyzes the characteristics of the individual career of counselors.Then,this paper begins to clear the interactive mechanism of the construction between counselors'ranks and individual career development.After this,this paper,starting from the fundamental task of"fostering virtue through education"of higher education in China,puts forward the support strategy for the professional development of college counselors at this stage,providing some theoretical support for the construction of college counselors in the new era.
