习近平总书记指出:“建设雄安新区是千年大计”。设立雄安新区是党中央为深入推进京津冀协同发展做出的重大决策部署,雄安新区是北京非首都功能疏解的集中承载地,是河北创新驱动发展的引领区。自成立以来,雄安新区高点定位、高起点布局,过去六年取得了一个良好的开局。党的二十大报告明确提出,要高标准、高质量建设雄安新区,为雄安新区带来前所未有的机遇和强大势能。雄安新区建设步入新的发展阶段,面临新使命和新任务,高标准、高质量推进雄安新区建设,需要精准承接北京非首都功能疏解,加快构建自身的产业体系,以数字城市建设为目标助推数字经济发展,加快数字经济基础设施体系建设,推动有吸引力的现代化公共服务体系建设,建立与城市发展相匹配的投融资机制,构建精准的承接转移与协同发展的政策体系。

The establishment of Xiong’an New District is a major decision-making arrangement made by the Party Central Committee to further promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Xiong’an New Area is the concentrated bearing area for Beijing’s non-capital function release,and it is the leading area for Hebei’s innovation-driven development.Since its establishment,Xiong’an New Area has achieved a good start in the past six years with its high-point positioning and high-starting layout.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that Xiong’an New Area should be built with high standards and high quality,bringing unprecedented opportunities and strong potential to Xiong’an New Area.The construction of Xiong’an New District has entered a new stage of development,facing new missions and tasks.To promote the construction of Xiong’an New Area with high standards and high quality,it is necessary to accurately undertake Beijing’s non-capital functions,accelerate the construction of its own industrial system,promote the development of digital economy with the goal of digital city construction,accelerate the construction of digital economic infrastructure system,promote the construction of an attractive modern public service system,establish an investment and financing mechanism that matches urban development,and build a precise policy system for undertaking transfer and coordinated development.
