The article examines the serious crises and inequality currently facing the world and calls for large-scale systemic change to dissipate this situation.Inequality is an amplifier of multiple crises-economic,social,political,and ecological-and a consequence of the crises.Addressing this problem requires a new ecosocial contract and a new development model with a vision of justice,equality and sustainability.This model has three key pillars:alternative economic approaches,transformative social policies based on an equitable fiscal compact,and a reconfiguration of multilateralism to strengthen solidarity.Achieving this transformative change will require realigning existing power structures,creating new alliances,and co-creating a new eco-social contract to achieve climate justice and social justice.
