With the rapid development and wide application of drones,how UAV system affects modern war has become a issue that has attracted scholarly attention.The authors review"Why Drones Have Not Revolutionized War:The Enduring Hider-Finder Competition in Air Warfare"and discuss the impact of drones on the military field.On this basis,the author makes an investigation from the perspective of technological development,military competition and law of development,holding that UAV system will cast a transformative impact on the military field.This course will follow the universal law of quantitative change to qualitative change,subverting the concept and mode of future operations.
