漏斗胸微创Nuss矫治术后金属过敏反应的研究进展

Research advances of postoperative metallic allergy after Nuss procedure for pectus excavatum

漏斗胸微创Nuss矫治术是目前临床治疗漏斗胸的标准术式。随着Nuss手术的广泛应用,金属过敏反应作为术后重要并发症之一逐渐显现。由于缺乏明确的诊断标准且与术后伤口感染难以鉴别,临床医生往往处理起来很棘手,若治疗不当,则会影响矫形效果。本文主要从发生机制、临床表现、诊断方法、术前预测及治疗方面对漏斗胸Nuss矫治术后金属过敏反应的研究进展做一综述。

Minimally invasive Nuss procedure is a gold standard procedure for pectus excavatum.With a wider application of Nuss procedure,"metallic allergy"has been reported as one of the important postoperative complications.Due to a lack of definite diagnostic criteria and practical difficulties in distinguishing postoperative wound infection,clinicians often find it difficult to deal with and improper treatments affect orthopedic outcomes.This review summarized metal allergic reactions after Nuss procedure from the aspects of pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnostics,preoperative predictions and treatments.
