摘要
采用单束拔脱力测试、单层复合材料的弯曲长度以及9 mm子弹实弹射击测试等手段,考察了胶膜、水性弹性体胶液和固体热熔胶等三类胶体对芳纶柔性防弹板性能的影响。结果表明:胶膜1#制备的复合材料的比吸能值可达0.157 N·m^(2)/g,最有利于子弹动能的吸收;热熔胶黏剂类和胶膜类胶体对单层复合材料柔软度的影响都小于水性弹性体类胶体;采用10层460 g/m^(2)+1层250 g/m2铺层结构,防弹板防弹性能最优。
The effects of three types of adhesives,such as adhesive film,aqueous elastomer and solid hotmelt adhesive,on the performance of flexible aramid bulletproof plate were investigated by means of single beam pull-out force test,bending length of single-layer composite material and 9mm bullet firing test.The results show that the specific energy absorption value of the composites prepared by the adhesive film 1#can reach 0.157 N·m^(2)/g,which is the most conducive to the kinetic energy absorption of the bullet;the in⁃fluence of hot melt adhesive and adhesive film colloids on the softness of single-layer composites is less than that of aqueous elastomer colloids;the layer structure of 10 layers of 460 g/m^(2)+1 layer of 250 g/m^(2)is adopted,and the bulletproof performance of bulletproof plate is the best.
