成都市创意设计产业现状分析及对策研究

创意设计产业作为文化产业的重要组成部分,是推进供给侧结构性改革、加快新旧动能转换的有力支撑,已成为战略性的新兴产业。本文以成都市创意设计产业为研究对象,采用实例和数据相结合的方法具体分析其存在的现实基础和比较优势,根据面临的重大机遇和主要挑战,重点从产业生态、人才建设、市场主体、创新平台、品牌塑造等方面提出对策建议,加快构建多要素联动、多主体合作、多领域协同的产业生态体系,提升创意设计质量水平,发挥重大项目和品牌活动的引领作用,加快形成经济社会发展的新动能,重塑行业核心竞争新优势,进一步提升、释放创意设计产业的创新驱动力和泛在赋能效应,推动创意设计产业高质量发展,助力成都加快建设中国创意设计之都、国际创意设计高地。

As an important part of the cultural industry,the creative design industry is a strong support for promoting supply-side structural reform and accelerating the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,which becomes a strategic emerging industry.This paper analyzes its realistic basis and comparative advantages by use of the method of combining examples and data by taking the creative design industry of Chengdu as the research object.Focusing on the development in the aspect of industrial ecology,talent building,market subjects,innovation platforms and brand building based on the major opportunities and major challenges,Chengdu should speed up the building of an industrial ecosystem featuring multi-element linkages,multi-agent cooperation and multi-sector collaboration,raise the quality of creative design,leverage the leading role of major projects and brand activities,accelerate the formation of new driving forces for economic and social development,and reshape core competitiveness in industries,which further releases the innovation driving force and ubiquitous enabling effect of the creative design industry,promotes the high-quality development of the creative design industry,and helps Chengdu accelerate its development into China's creative design capital and an international creative design hub.
