摘要
以某电厂典型热用户为代表,设计了用户侧蒸汽余压差驱动的空压机系统工艺流程。空压机两级叶轮均采用后弯三元流设计,制造出样机并开展了示范应用。经现场测试,压缩空气产气量达20 m^(3)/min,出口压力达0.39 MPa,各轴瓦振动和轴瓦温度均优于设计和行业标准,实现了用户侧蒸汽压差回收利用产生高品质压缩空气。
Taking a typical thermal user of a power plant as the representative,a set of air compressor system process was designed driven by residual steam pressure difference of user.The two-stage impeller of air compressor adopts the back-bending ternary flow design.The prototype was successfully manufactured and the demonstration application was carried out.After on-site tests,the compressed air production volume reached 20 m 3/min,the outlet pressure reached 0.39 MPa,the vibration of each bearing pad and the bearing pad temperature were better than the design and industry standards.The air compressor system had produced high-quality compressed air.
