浮杯泵端面开槽配流副润滑特性仿真分析

摘要 配流副作为浮杯泵重要的摩擦副,良好的润滑状态对于提升柱塞泵的使用寿命和容积效率起到关键作用。在滚筒板上引入连通式阶梯槽结构,通过动静压混合润滑的支承形式改善浮杯泵配流副的润滑特性,分析配流副油膜的压力分布及动静压润滑形成原因,对比分析连通槽型、浅腔深度比和阶梯槽包角等结构参数对润滑特性的影响,发现连通式阶梯槽对配流副润滑特性起积极作用,为浮杯泵配流副结构优化提供了一定的理论支持。 As an important friction pair of floating cup pump,good lubrication condition plays a key role in improving the service life and volumetric efficiency of floating cup pump.In this paper,a connected stepped groove structure is introduced into the barrel plate.Through the support form of dynamic and static pressure mixed lubrication,the lubrication characteristics of valve-plate pair of the floating cup pump is improved,the pressure distribution of the oil film of valve-plate pair and the causes of dynamic and static pressure lubrication are analyzed,and the effects of the structural parameters such as the connected groove type,the depth ratio of the shallow cavity and the envelope angle of the stepped groove on the lubrication characteristics are compared and analyzed.It is found that the connected stepped groove plays a positive role in the lubrication characteristics of valve-plate pair,It provides a certain theoretical support for the structural optimization of the valve-plate pair of the floating cup pump.
