摘要
动力电池是电动汽车最重要的驱动能源,作为动力电池与整车固定连接的承载装置,其固定装置的安全性和稳定性是非常关键的性能指标,针对电动汽车动力电池总成电液固定装置的抗振和密封性能,在动力电池总成固定装置系统结构基础上,对其抗振性能和密封性能进行分析,通过MATLAB模拟壁面受力状态,注入激励信号观察固定装置的性能表现,最后在构建的模拟动力电池总成固定装置碰撞实验环境中验证其抗振和密封性能的可靠性和稳定性,实验结果表明,所设计的动力电池总成固定装置能够提高该装置的抗振和密封性能。
The power battery is the most important driving energy for electric vehicles.As the carrying device for the fixed connection between the power battery and the whole vehicle,the safety and stability of its fixing device are very key performance indicators.For the anti vibration and sealing performance of the electric vehicle fixing device of the power battery assembly of electric vehicles,based on the system structure of the fixing device of the power battery assembly,its anti vibration performance and sealing performance are analyzed,The performance of the fixed device was observed by simulating the stress state of the wall surface and injecting the excitation signal.Finally,the reliability and stability of its anti vibration and sealing performance were verified in the simulated crash experiment environment of the fixed device of the power battery assembly.The experimental results show that the designed fixed device of the power battery assembly can improve the anti vibration and sealing performance of the device.
