基于AMESim的高压电磁阀模块响应特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为适应高压气动阀门模块化、集成化发展需求,研制了一种高压先导式二位三通电磁阀模块,借助AMESim软件对该电磁阀模块常开状态、常闭状态响应特性进行分析。同时,通过验对该电磁阀模块在23 MPa压力下的常开响应特性和常闭响应特性进行验证,试验表明仿真分析结果与实测结果误差不大于8.27%,证明了仿真模型的正确性和有效性。 In order to meet the needs of modularization and integration of high-pressure pneumatic valve,a high-pressure pilot two-position three-way solenoid valve module was developed.In this paper,the response characteristics of the solenoid valve module in normal open sate and normal closed state is studied with AMESim software.Meanwhile,The properties at the pneumatic pressure of 23 MPa are tested by experimenting,The experimental results show that the error between the simulation analysis results and the measured results is no more than 8.27%,It proves the correctness and effectiveness of the simulation model.
